Frequently Asked Questions
When is tuition due each month?
Tuition is due on the 20th of each month from July through April.
What happens if I pay late?
A $35 late fee is applied after the due date. After 10 days, students may be suspended. After 15 days, students may be terminated with an early withdrawal fee assessed.
Can I get a refund if my child withdraws?
All registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Families remain responsible for tuition per enrollment agreement terms.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
After-school care offers sibling discounts ($10/day vs $15/day). For additional multi-child tuition discounts, please contact our finance team.
How do scholarship programs work?
We accept various scholarship programs. Families must present award letters and remain responsible for any unpaid balance not covered by scholarships.
