All students must maintain current immunizations as required by Georgia state law. Immunization records must be updated annually. Religious or medical exemptions must be properly documented and filed with the school.

All students are expected to:
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Follow directions from teachers and staff
- Use appropriate language
- Respect school property and the belongings of others
- Participate positively in the learning environment

Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed through parent conferences. In severe cases, suspension or dismissal may be necessary to maintain a safe learning environment.
5.3 Zero Tolerance
AIP maintains zero tolerance for bullying, physical violence, weapons, or any behavior that threatens the safety of students or staff. Such behavior may result in immediate dismissal.

- Primary communication occurs through BrightWheel (daily updates, messages, photos)
- Important announcements are sent via email and BrightWheel notifications
- Parents are expected to check BrightWheel daily and respond to communications promptly
- Parent-teacher conferences are held twice annually; additional meetings available upon request
- Concerns should be addressed to teachers first, then administration if needed
7. Photo and Video Policy
During enrollment, parents indicate their consent preferences for photography and video. By consenting, you authorize AIP to use photos and videos of your child for school publications, website, social media, and promotional materials. You may update your preferences at any time by contacting the office.
8. Field Trip Policy
Field trips enhance the educational experience at AIP. Signed permission forms are required for each trip. Parents may be asked to volunteer as chaperones. All state-required child safety seat laws are followed for transportation. Separate permission applies to walking field trips within the immediate area.
9. Liability and Indemnification
Angels In Progress Academy, its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except in cases of gross negligence. Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIP from any claims arising from their child's enrollment or participation in school activities.
10. Modifications to Terms
AIP reserves the right to modify these terms, policies, and procedures at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes via email and BrightWheel. Continued enrollment following notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
